Had my car towed to discount after hours hoping they would be able to get me in the next morning. To my surprise the shop was still open when I arrived and not only that, they offered to stay and fix it right then so I wouldn’t have to schedule a ride home and back the next morning. 10/10. Great people and great service
This location took really good care of me. One of my tired was slowly leaking air as I was traveling from north Oklahoma to south Texas. My tire had zero tire pressure when I finally reached Discount Tire. They discovered three cracks in my wheel, creating a small hole by which the air was quickly leaking. I had to replace the wheel, but they had nothing in stock until one of the team members remembered a used wheel they had stored. They believed they could get me a new tire and install the wheel to get me back on the road so that I could safely get to my grand kids.
The entire team, including the manager, my original attendant, and the mechanic, did a super fantastic, quick, and amazing job! I am sitting with my grand kids in San Antonio enjoying family time thanks to the efforts of their team. Super helpful. Clean and Safe. I wish I could buy them all a beer or two. They stayed after closing to help me as well. Special shout out to Keigan. Thanks bro!
We had to put our spare tire on our camper due to a blown tire. The guys at this location put the new tire on our camper & the original spare, which is on a non-matching rim, back on its rack. We were back on the road in 30 minutes! They really were awesome!
I went in the morning of 11/27/23 just intending to get a flat fixed. Ended up replacing all 4 tires because it would be quicker than the wait to fix a flat. I needed tires anyway. Glad they got me set up with new tires because on the way home I avoided a major accident and had four brand new tires on the car. My only issue was checking in and picking up. They really need front desk help. But they had my car in and out in an hour.
Always great. They had 5 choices of tires in stock, gave me out the door prices for each. Work was done in an hour. Friendly, helpful service writers.

I bought 4 tires from the discount tire website. When I went to the discount tire store for installation, they wanted $176 for the installation of 4 tires (tires are not included in this price). It had been a while since I had a tire installed, I thought it was probably due to inflation, then I said thank you and went to the walmart auto care next door. Walmart wanted $80 for the same process along with a 3-year warranty. I am grateful to Discount Tire for their free tire inspection service. However, it should carry out an audit against franchisees giving arbitrarily high prices.
HuntsVille OMG.. Why Not! Getting my tires rotated. These Pirelli Scorpio Strada have lived longer than expected. Mileage 658219. I still have a lot of miles I can drive with these. These are tires I get all the time.. why.. bc they are Very Reliable.
David helped me out. He's been with DT 2 yrs. Started in his home town Bastrop. Here now going to college.. studying criminal. He had me in and out in 15 mins WoW!! I Love Discount Tires. All the guys handly everything so professionally. My observation.. they treat Everyone Professionally and as quick as possible! They Are The Best Tire Company!! P.s. Great View and nice breeze. P.s.s. note to self.. do not pick up any strangers walking on the highway. Update.. just after posting this I picked up a guy.. broke motorcycles. haha ha went to OReillys Conroe.
